Conscious Movement founder Deanndria Seavers offers these wellness enhancements to those wise enough to follow her Pilates guidance. Highly qualified with more than 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Deanndria strongly believes that Pilates is an effective tool for helping individuals improve their health—a passion that’s evident in her unwavering enthusiasm and attention to detail. Maintaining traditional Pilates movements, classes also offer new-school techniques and state-of-the art equipment to create challenging and results-producing workouts, all in a comfortable and small-group setting. You’ll leave each class aligned, revived and just the right amount of sore.
